If you are facing any issues on our web portals, please raise a COMPLAINT on our Complaint Management Portal under Technical Complaint Menu

Once you have raised a Complaint, please keep the Complaint ID with you. You can check the status of the Complaint anytime through the menu Complaint Status

You can also do Live tracking of your Payment Status, if you remember order no please use that or you can trace the exact transaction by entering your registered email id.
